Terms & Conditions
Deposit: A 650 Euros deposit (4-Day 3-Night cooking session) or a 900 Euros deposit (6-Day 5-Night cooking session) saves you a space.
Please note that the deposit is a commitment by Philippe to save your place in the class, and a commitment by you to participate to a cooking class. Due to our commitments the deposit should be considered nonrefundable.
Reservations will be confirmed by a "Booking Confirmation Form" upon receipt of deposit. If you make the initial reservations less than 90 days before the date of session, full payment is due.
Final payment: Due 90 days prior to arrival date. If payment is not received at the due date, reservation can be subject to cancellation and forfeiture of full deposit.
Cancellations: -Prior to final payment date : deposit is non-refundable unless somebody can fill your space at the same conditions. - Within 90 days of arrival date : a) deposit is non refundable, b) final payment (including any applicable extra charges) is non-refundable unless somebody can fill your space at the same conditions. - Cancellation during the cooking session (what so ever the reasons) : no refund. - Cancellation due to medical reasons can be covered by Travel & Medical insurance which is strongly recommended for your added protection and convenience, and to protect yourself against cancellation charges. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for those items.
In case of refund a 100 Euros service charge per student will apply to cover bank fees and processing costs. Full refund will be made if the culinary session is canceled after notification by Philippe for lack of minimum of participants per session or for any major reason beyond his control.
Responsibility: Philippe intervenes as a teaching Chef and not as a travel agent. He shall assume no responsibility in any way for any injury, loss, accident, or delay that may be caused by either reason or default of any company, agent or person engaged in carrying our arrangements or other contractor rendering or providing services for the culinary or art sessions. We strongly recommend that the participants obtain insurance covering full medical expenses, personal accident, accidental loss, public liability and damage to property. We do not accept any liability for death or full injury arising as a result of the holiday (including transfers or transportation that we may offer as a complimentary service). Philippe reserves the right to change the cooking or art program and/or substitute services or B&B or Hotels of equal quality without prior notification.
Participants to any culinary or art session fully understand those General Conditions and agree with them.

"A year in Provence" by Peter Mayle cannot be compared to the week in Provence that I have spent in your kitchen. We have had a perfectly wonderful time with you, learning many recipes.
